Abstract

The present invention relates to a method for providing an identifier of a product which allows to specifically identify a product or test its authenticity, e.g. in the form of a digital finger print. Thereby, the product is food stuff, and in particular processed food stuff, for instance wine. Said identifier can be obtained using sequencing and/ or microarray analysis of nucleic acid sequences from the microbiome and/or macrobiome of said food product, in particular wine.

Procédé pour fournir un identifiant d'un produit permettant d'identifier spécifiquement un produit ou de vérifier son authenticité, par exemple sous la forme d'une empreinte digitale numérique. Ainsi, le produit est un produit alimentaire, et en particulier un produit alimentaire transformé, par exemple du vin. Ledit identifiant peut être obtenu à l'aide d'une analyse de séquençage et/ou de microréseau de séquences d'acides nucléiques à partir du microbiome et/ou du macrobiome dudit produit alimentaire, en particulier du vin.
