Abstract

Disclosed is a "snap-in" inflation valve, in which the shape of the cross-section of the metal stem (302), in a longitudinal portion of the valve body that comprises a groove allowing it to be forcibly inserted into an opening in the rim, is a shape comprising at least two different radii of curvature respectively on two different sections of its circumference. In particular, the value of one of the two radii of curvature is greater than the distance between the longitudinal axis (209) passing through the centre of the valve and the outer casing (201) of the stem.

Valve de gonflage de type « snap-in » dont la forme de la section de la tubulure métallique (302), dans une portion longitudinale du corps de la valve qui comprend une rainure permettant son insertion en force dans un orifice de la jante, est une forme comprenant au moins deux rayons de courbure différents respectivement sur deux tronçons différents de sa circonférence. En particulier la valeur de l'un des deux rayons de courbure est supérieure à la distance comprise entre l'axe longitudinal (209) traversant la valve en son centre et l'enveloppe externe (201) de la tubulure.
