A system, apparatus and method of determining remaining life of a bearing (390) is disclosed. The method includes generating a bearing model (100) of the bearing (390), wherein the bearing model (100) is based on one of condition data associated with operation of the bearing (390), historical condition data of the bearing (390), bearing specification and technical specification of a technical system (380) including the bearing (390). The method further includes predicting a defect in the bearing (390) based on the bearing model (100) and predicting the remaining life of the bearing (390) based on the predicted defect.

L'invention concerne un système, un appareil et un procédé de détermination de la durée de vie restante d'un roulement (390). Le procédé comprend la génération d'un modèle de roulement (100) du roulement (390), le modèle de roulement (100) étant fondé sur des données d'état associées au fonctionnement du roulement (390), des données d'état historiques du roulement (390), des spécifications de roulement et des spécifications techniques d'un système technique (380) comprenant le roulement (390). Le procédé comprend en outre la prédiction d'un défaut dans le roulement (390) en fonction du modèle de roulement (100), et la prédiction de la durée de vie restante du roulement (390) en fonction du défaut prédit.
