Abstract

The present invention relates to patient routing. In order to provide a more efficient patient flow for autonomous image acquisition, a method is provided for controlling a patient transfer apparatus within a healthcare facility. The method comprises the following steps: providing a routing information for transferring the patient transfer apparatus to a required location; controlling the patient transfer apparatus to move on a first guided path according to the provided routing information; detecting at least one of a vital sign and an abnormal movement of the patient during a transit of the patient transfer apparatus; evaluating a patient condition based on at least one of the detected vital sign and the detected abnormal movement of the patient; updating the routing information in response to the evaluated patient condition, if the evaluated patient condition meets a predefined criterion; and controlling the patient transfer apparatus to move on a second guided path according to the updated routing information during the transit of the patient transfer apparatus.

La présente invention concerne le cheminement des patients. L'invention vise à produire un flux de patients plus efficace pour une acquisition d'image autonome et réalise à cet effet un procédé de commande d'un appareil de transfert de patient dans un établissement de soins de santé. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : fourniture d'informations de cheminement pour transférer l'appareil de transfert de patient jusqu'à un emplacement requis ; commande de l'appareil de transfert de patient pour se déplacer sur un premier trajet guidé selon les informations de cheminement fournies ; détection d'un signe vital et/ou d'un mouvement anormal du patient pendant un transit de l'appareil de transfert de patient ; évaluation d'un état du patient sur la base dudit signe vital détecté et/ou du mouvement anormal détecté du patient ; mise à jour des informations de routage en réponse à l'état évalué du patient, si l'état évalué du patient répond à un critère prédéfini ; et commande de l'appareil de transfert de patient pour se déplacer sur un deuxième trajet guidé selon les informations de cheminement mises à jour pendant le transit de l'appareil de transfert de patient.
