The invention relates to compounds of formula (I) as follows: (I) wherein X1 and X2, identical or different, are NR5or a sulfur atom, Y is a group (C1-C10)alkanediyl, Ar1 and Ar2, identical or different, are an aryl group optionally substituted by one or several groups selected from a halogen atom, a (C1-C6) alkyl, -OR1, -NR1R2 and -COOR3, with R1 and R2, independently of each other, are a hydrogen atom, a (C-1-C6) alkyl group or a -COR3 group, R3 and R4, independently of each other, are a hydrogen atom or a (C1-C6) alkyl group, and R5 is a hydrogen atom or a (C1-C6)alkyl group, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt and/or solvate thereof, in particular for use in cancer treatment.

La présente invention concerne les composés de formule (I) suivants, où X1 et X2, identiques ou différents, représentent NR5 ou un atome de soufre, Y représente un groupe alkanédiyle en C1-C10, Ar1 et Ar2, identiques ou différents, sont un groupe aryle éventuellement substitué par un ou plusieurs groupes renfermant un atome d'halogène, un groupe alkyle en C1-C6, -OR1, -NR1R2 et -COOR3, avec R1 et R2, indépendamment les uns des autres, renferment un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle en C-1-C6) ou un groupe -COR3, R3 et R4,, indépendamment les uns des autres, renferment un atome d'hydrogène ou sont un groupe alkyle en C1-C6, et R5 est un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alkyle en C1-C6 ou un sel et/ou un solvate pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, en particulier pour une utilisation dans le traitement du cancer.
