The present invention relates to a method for covalently binding at least one amino acid, at least one peptide and/or at least one polypeptide to a cellulosic material comprising cellulose and/or cellulose derivatives comprising free hydroxyl groups comprising the steps of a) subjecting the cellulosic material to an aqueous solution, ionic liquids, deep eutectic solvents, organic solvents or mixtures, comprising at least one oxidizing agent and b) binding said at least one amino acid, at least one peptide and/or at least one polypeptide to said cellulosic material.

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la liaison covalente d'au moins un acide aminé, d'au moins un peptide et/ou d'au moins un polypeptide à une matière cellulosique comprenant de la cellulose et/ou des dérivés de cellulose comprenant des groupes hydroxyle libres, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à a) soumettre la matière cellulosique à une solution aqueuse, des liquides ioniques, des solvants eutectiques profonds, des solvants organiques ou des mélanges de ceux-ci, comprenant au moins un agent oxydant et b) lier ledit ou lesdits acides aminés, ledit ou lesdits peptides et/ou ledit ou lesdits polypeptides à ladite matière cellulosique.
