Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur passgenauen Herstellung von Austauschstrukturteilen (40) aus einem Rohling (29) zum Ersatz beschädigter, mit einer Vielzahl von Löchern zur Befestigung an einer aufnehmenden Struktur (10) versehener Strukturbauteile. Das Verfahren umfasst dabei die Schritte: a) 3D-Scannen des Aufnahmebereichs (11) für ein Austauschstrukturteil (40) an der aufnehmenden Struktur (10) umfassend die Stoßkanten (12) für das Austauschstrukturteil (40) und die Bohrungen (13) zur Befestigung des Austauschstrukturteils (40); b) Extrahieren von Modelldaten der Stoßkanten (12) und/oder Bohrungen (13) an der aufnehmenden Struktur (10) aus der durch das 3D-Scannen gewonnenen Punktwolke (32); c) Übertragen der extrahierten Modelldaten der Stoßkanten (12) und/oder Bohrungen (13) auf Modelldaten für Begrenzungskanten (42) und Bohrungen (41) für das Austauschstrukturteil (40) mittels vorgegebener Übertragungsfunktionen; d) Ermitteln kollisionsfreier Roboterbahnen (43) zur Übertragung der Modelldatenfür Begrenzungskanten (42) und Bohrungen (41) für das Austauschstrukturteil (40) auf den Rohling (39) des Austauschstrukturteils (40); und e)Ansteuerung eines Roboters (20) gemäß der ermittelten kollisionsfreien Roboterbahnen (43) zur Übertragung der Modelldaten auf den Rohling (39). Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung ist zur Durchführung dieses Verfahrens ausgebildet.

The invention relates to a method for customized production of replacement structure parts (40) from a blank (29) for replacing damaged structure components which are provided with a multiplicity of holes for attachment to a receiving structure (10). The method comprises here the steps: a) 3D scanning of the receiving area (11) for a replacement structure part (40) on the receiving structure (10) comprising the joints (12) for the replacement structure part (40) and the drilled holes (13) for attaching the replacement structure part (40); b) extracting model data of the joints (12) and/or drilled holes (13) on the receiving structure (10) from the point cloud (32) acquired by means of the 3D scanning, c) transferring the extracted model data of the joints (12) and/or drilled holes (13) onto model data for boundary edges (42) and drilled holes (41) for the replacement structure part (40) by means of predefined transfer functions; d) determining collision-free robot paths (43) in order to transfer the model data for boundary edges (42) and drilled holes (41) for the replacement structure part (40) onto the blank (39) of the replacement structure part (40); and e) actuating a robot (20) according to the determined collision-free robot paths (43) in order to transfer the model data onto the blank (39). The device according to the invention is configured to carry out this method.

L’invention concerne un procédé pour produire avec précision des pièces structurales de rechange (40) à partir d’une ébauche (29) pour remplacer des éléments structuraux détériorées pourvus d’une pluralité de trous qui permettent une fixation sur une structure de réception (10). Ce procédé comprend les étapes consistant : a) à réaliser le balayage 3D de la zone de réception (11) d’une pièce structurale de rechange (40) sur la structure de réception (10), y compris des bords de jonction (12) pour la pièce structurale de rechange (40) et des trous (13) pour fixer cette pièce structurale de rechange (40) ; b) à extraire des données de modèle des bords de jonction (12) et/ou des trous (13) sur la structure de réception (10) à partir du nuage de points (32) obtenu par le balayage 3D ; c) à transférer les données de modèle extraites relatives aux bords de jonction (12) et/ou aux trous (13) sur des données de modèle pour des bords de délimitation (42) et des trous (41) pour la pièce structurale de rechange (40) au moyen de fonctions de transfert prédéfinies ; d) à déterminer des trajectoires de robot (43) exemptes de collision pour transférer les données de modèle pour des bords de délimitation (42) et des trous (41) pour la pièce structurale de rechange (40) sur l’ébauche (39) de la pièce structurale de rechange (40) ; et e) à commander un robot (20) en fonction des trajectoires de robot (43) exemptes de collision déterminées pour transférer les données de modèle sur l’ébauche (39). Le dispositif selon l’invention est conçu pour mettre ce procédé en œuvre.
