Abstract
(EN)
A process for washing a particulate substance comprising: (i)combining a particulate substance and a first washing medium in a first vessel to form a slurry and washing the particulate substance with said washing medium; (ii)transferring the slurry to a hydrocyclone; (iii)removing a first by-product stream depleted in particulate substance and a first product stream enriched in particulate substance from the hydrocyclone; (iv)transferring the first product stream to a second vessel and in the presence of a second washing medium forming a slurry and washing the particulate substance with said second washing medium e.g. by agitation thereof; (v)transferring the slurry to ahydrocyclone; (vi)removing a second by-product stream depleted in particulate substance and a second product stream enriched in particulate substance from the hydrocyclone.

L'invention concerne un procédé de lavage d'une substance particulaire comprenant : (I) la combinaison d'une substance particulaire et d'un premier milieu de lavage dans un premier récipient pour former une suspension et le lavage de la substance particulaire avec ledit milieu de lavage ; (ii) le transfert de la suspension vers un hydrocyclone ; (iii) l'élimination d'un premier flux de sous-produit appauvri en substance particulaire et d'un premier flux de produit enrichi en substance particulaire de l'hydrocyclone ; (iv) le transfert du premier flux de produit à un second récipient et en présence d'un second milieu de lavage formant une suspension et le lavage de la substance particulaire avec ledit second milieu de lavage, par exemple par agitation de celui-ci ; (v) le transfert de la suspension vers un hydrocyclone ; (vi) l'élimination d'un second flux de sous-produit appauvri en substance particulaire et d'un second flux de produit enrichi en substance particulaire de l'hydrocyclone.
