Abstract
(EN)
The invention provides a stabilising composition for polymeric materials, comprising: a. a first derivatised phenolic antioxidant; b. at least one secondary arylamine having the formula (I): N H RyRx wherein: the or each R, which may be the same or different, independently denotes an optionally substituted hydrocarbyl group; x and y are each independently from 0 to 5 provided that at least one of x and y is at least 1; and provided that at least one R is an optionally substituted hydrocarbyl group having at least 9 carbon atoms; and c. one or more antioxidant boosters independently selected from: i. a second derivatised phenolic antioxidant having lower steric hindrance than the first derivatised phenolic antioxidant; ii. a hindered amine; iii. an optionally substituted phenothiazine; and also the use of the stabilising composition for stabilising polyol and/or polyurethane; and a stabilised composition comprising a polyol and/or polyurethane and the aforementioned low emission and anti-scorch stabilising composition.

L'invention concerne une composition stabilisante pour matériaux polymères, comprenant : a) un premier antioxydant phénolique dérivatisé; b) au moins une arylamine secondaire de formule (I) : N H RyRx dans laquelle : le ou chaque R, qui peut être identique ou différent, représente indépendamment un groupe hydrocarbyle éventuellement substitué; x et y valent chacun indépendamment 0 à 5, à condition qu'au moins l'un de x et y vale au moins 1; et à condition qu'au moins un R soit un groupe hydrocarbyle éventuellement substitué possédant au moins 9 atomes de carbone; et c) un ou plusieurs accélérateurs antioxydants sélectionnés indépendamment parmi : i un deuxième antioxydant phénolique dérivatisé ayant un encombrement stérique inférieur à celui du premier antioxydant phénolique dérivatisé; ii. une amine encombrée; iii. une phénothiazine éventuellement substituée; et également l'utilisation de la composition stabilisante pour stabiliser le polyol et/ou le polyuréthane; et une composition stabilisée comprenant un polyol et/ou un polyuréthane et la composition stabilisante à faible émission et anti-grillage susmentionnée.
