Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Prüfkörpers (30) für eine mechanisch-zerstörende Prüfung einer stoffschlüssigen Fügeverbindung, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst: - Bereitstellen eines flächigen Faserverbundsubstrates, das aus einem Faser- verbundwerkstoff aufweisend ein Fasermaterial und das Fasermaterial ein- bettendes Matrixmaterial gebildet ist, - Applizieren mindestens eines Prüfgewebes und eines Klebstoffes auf eine Substratoberfläche des flächigen Faserverbundsubstrates, und - Aushärten des Klebstoffes, so dass eine stoffschlüssige Fügeverbindung zwischen dem Prüfgewebe und der Substratoberfläche durch den ausgehärteten Klebstoff entsteht, wobei als Prüfgewebe ein Tressengewebe und/oder ein Quadratmaschengewebe bereitgestellt wird.

The invention relates to a method for producing a test specimen (30) for a mechanically destructive test of a materially bonded joint, wherein the method comprises the following steps: - providing a planar fibre-composite substrate formed from a fibre-composite material having a fibre material and matrix material embedding the fibre material, - applying at least one test fabric and an adhesive to a substrate surface of the planar fibre-composite substrate, and - curing the adhesive such that a materially bonded joint arises between the test fabric and the substrate surface as a result of the cured adhesive, wherein a Dutch-weave fabric and/or a square-weave fabric are/is provided as the test fabric.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un corps d'essai (30) pour un essai de destruction mécanique d'une liaison d'assemblage par liaison de matière, le procédé comportant les étapes suivantes consistant à : fournir un substrat composite renforcé par fibres constitué d'un matériau composite renforcé par fibres présentant un matériau fibreux et un matériau matriciel incorporant le matériau fibreux ; appliquer au moins un tissu d'essai et un adhésif à une surface de substrat du substrat composite plat renforcé par fibres ; et durcir l'adhésif de telle manière qu'une liaison d'assemblage par liaison de matière se forme entre le tissu d'essai et la surface de substrat sous l'effet de l'adhésif durci, le tissu d'essai se présentant sous la forme d'un tissu tressé et/ou d'un tissu à mailles carrées.
