Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und ein Kit zur Detektion von Analyten, insbesondere von niedermolekularen Analyten. Erfindungsgemäß wird dabei ein einfaches Verfahren zur Detektion von niedermolekularen Analyten bereitgestellt, bei dem die zu detektierenden Analyten als Kompetitoren für immobilisierte Enzyme agieren. Durch die Inhibierung kann über den reduzierten Substratumsatz auf die Analytkonzentration geschlossen werden. Insbesondere wird erfindungsgemäß ein Verfahren zur Detektion von Glyphosat bereitgestellt.

The invention relates to a method and a kit for detecting analytes, particularly low-molecular analytes. According to the invention, a simple method for detecting low-molecular analytes is provided in which method the analytes to be detected act as competitors for immobilized enzymes. As a result of the inhibition, a conclusion can be drawn, on the basis of the reduced substrate metabolism, regarding the analyte concentration. In particular, the invention relates to a method for detecting glyphosate.

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un kit pour la détection d'analytes, en particulier d'analytes de bas poids moléculaire. Selon l'invention, on obtient ainsi un procédé simple pour la détection d'analytes de bas poids moléculaire, dans lequel les analytes à détecter agissent comme compétiteurs pour des enzymes immobilisées. L'inhibition permet de déduire la concentration en analytes par l'intermédiaire de la transformation réduite du substrat. L'invention concerne en particulier un procédé pour la détection de glyphosate.
