Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung eines aus einem Quarzrohling gefertigten Bauteiles, in dem durch selektives Laserätzen zumindest ein Hohlraum (8', 8", 8''; 13, 14, 14'; 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.5; 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41) erzeugt wurde, als Bestandteil eines CVD-Reaktors (1), wobei durch den zumindest einen Hohlraum (8', 8'', 8''; 13, 14, 14'; 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.5; 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41) ein Fluid strömt und das Bauteil bei seiner Verwendung auf Temperaturen über 500°C erwärmt wird und in Kontakt tritt mit Hydriden der IV-, V- oder VI-Hauptgruppe und/ oder mit metallorganischen Verbindungen oder Halogenverbindungen von Elementen der II-, III- oder V-Hauptgruppe.

The invention relates to the use of a component made of a quartz blank, as a component part of a CVD reactor (1), in which component at least one cavity (8', 8", 8''; 13, 14, 14'; 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.5; 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41) has been created by selective laser etching, wherein a fluid flows through the at least one cavity (8', 8'', 8''; 13, 14, 14'; 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.5; 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41), and the component, when in use, is heated to temperatures in excess of 500°C and comes into contact with hydrides of the main groups IV, V or VI and/ or with organometallic compounds or halogenides of elements of the main groups II, III or V.

L'invention concerne l'utilisation, comme élément constitutif d'un réacteur CVD (1), d'un élément réalisé à partir d'une ébauche en quartz et dans lequel au moins un espace creux (8', 8", 8''; 13, 14, 14'; 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.5; 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41) a été ménagé par gravure laser, un fluide s'écoulant à travers ledit au moins un espace creux (8', 8", 8''; 13, 14, 14'; 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4, 9.5; 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41) et l'élément se réchauffant à son utilisation à des températures supérieures à 500°C et entrant en contact avec des hybrides du groupe principal IV, V ou VI et/ou avec des composés organométalliques ou des composés halogénés d'éléments du groupe principal II, III ou V.
