Sandwich-Verbundbauteil (1) für den Innenraum eines Passagierflugzeugs. Eine Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein preiswert herstellbares Sandwich-Verbundbauteil vorzuschlagen, das für den Innenraum eines Passagierflugzeugs geeignet ist und geltende Brandschutzanforderungen erfüllt. Der Schichtaufbau des erfindungsgemäßen Sandwich-Verbundbauteils (1) umfasst - eine Kernschicht (10) aus Polymerschaum; - eine Verstärkungsschicht (20) umfassend Faserverbundwerkstoff; und weiterhin - mindestens eine Funktionsschicht (50); wobei diese Schichten des Schichtaufbaus stoffschlüssig, insbesondere durch Klebeverbindung miteinander verbunden sind. Der Faserverbundwerkstoff der Verstärkungsschicht (20) umfasst ein Gewebe oder ein Gelege aus Verstärkungsfasern sowie eine Polymermatrix, die eine höhere Massendichte als der Polymerschaum der Kernschicht (10) aufweist. Ferner umfasst die mindestens eine Funktionsschicht (50) eine Metallfolie, insbesondere eine Aluminiumfolie, die eine geringere Schichtstärke als die Verstärkungsschicht (20) aufweist.

The invention relates to a sandwich composite component (1) for the interior of a passenger aircraft. One problem to be solved by the invention is that of proposing a cost-effectively produced sandwich-composite component which is suitable for the interior of a passenger aircraft and fulfills current fire protection requirements. The layer structure of the sandwich-composite component (1) according to the invention comprises: a core layer (10) made of polymer foam; a reinforcement layer (20) comprising fiber composite material; and in addition at least one functional layer (50); wherein said layers of the layer structure are integrally bonded to each other, in particular by an adhesive bond. The fiber composite material of the reinforcement layer (20) comprises a woven- or laid fabric made of reinforcement fibers and a polymer matrix, which has a higher density than the polymer foam of the core layer (10). Furthermore, the at least one functional layer (50) comprises a metal film, in particular an aluminum film, which has a thinner layer thickness than the reinforcement layer (20).

L'invention concerne un composant composite en sandwich (1) pour la cabine d'un avion de ligne. L'invention vise à proposer un composant composite en sandwich pouvant être fabriqué à un prix abordable, qui est adapté pour la cabine d'un avion de ligne et remplit les exigences en vigueur en matière de protection incendie. La structure stratifiée du composant composite en sandwich (1) comprend : une couche centrale (10) en mousse polymère ; une couche de renforcement (20) comprenant un matériau composite à base de fibres ; et par ailleurs au moins une couche fonctionnelle (50). Lesdites couches de la structure stratifiée sont assemblées entre elles par liaison de matière, en particulier par un assemblage par collage. Le matériau composite à base de fibres de la couche de renforcement (20) comprend un tissu ou un canevas en fibres de renforcement, ainsi qu'une matrice polymère, qui présente une masse volumique apparente plus élevée que la mousse polymère de la couche centrale (10). La ou les couches fonctionnelles (50) comprennent en outre un film métallique, en particulier un film en aluminium, qui présente une épaisseur inférieure à celle de la couche de renforcement (20).
