Verfahren zum Überwachen des Betriebs eines Frequenzumrichters (1), der zum Ansteuern eines Elektromotors (2) ausgebildet ist, wobei das Verfahren die Schritte aufweist: - Erzeugen von Phasenspannungen (u1, u2, u3) für korrespondierende Phasenstränge (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) des Elektromotors (2), - Ermitteln eines Spannungsdrehfelds, - Messen von sich einstellenden Phasenströmen (i1, i2, i3), - Ermitteln eines Stromdrehfelds in Abhängigkeit von den gemessenen Phasenströmen (i1, i2, i3), - Berechnen einer Phasendifferenz zwischen dem Spannungsdrehfeld und dem Stromdrehfeld und/oder Berechnen einer Frequenzdifferenz zwischen der Frequenz des Spannungsdrehfelds und der Frequenz des Stromdrehfelds, und - Bestimmen eines Fehlerzustands, wenn die Phasendifferenz einen Phasendifferenzschwellenwert überschreitet und/oder wenn die die Frequenzdifferenz einen Frequenzdifferenzschwellenwert überschreitet.

The invention relates to a method for monitoring the operation of a frequency converter (1) which is designed to control an electric motor (2), wherein the method has the steps: generating phase voltages (u1, u2, u3) for corresponding phase conductors (2.1, 2.0, 2.3) of the electric motor (2), determining a rotating voltage field, measuring phase currents (i1, i2, i3) that are established, determining a rotating current field in dependence on the measured phase currents (i1, i2, i3), calculating a phase difference between the rotating voltage field and the rotating current field and/or calculating a frequency difference between the frequency of the rotating voltage field and the frequency of the rotating current field, and determining an error state if the phase difference exceeds a phase difference threshold value and/or if the frequency difference exceeds a frequency difference threshold value.

Prodécé de surveillance du fonctionnement d'un convertisseur de fréquence (1) qui est conçu pour commander un moteur électrique (2), ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : - générer des tensions de phase (u1, u2, u3) pour des conducteurs de phase (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) correspondants du moteur électrique (2), - Déterminer un champ tournant de tension, - Mesurer des intensités de phase (i1, i2, i3) se produisant,- Déterminer un champ tournant d’intensité en fonction des intensités de phase (i1, i2, i3) mesurés, - Calculer une phase différentielle entre le champ tournant de tension et le champ tournant d’intensité et/ou calculer une fréquence différentielle entre la fréquence du champ tournant de tension et la fréquence du champ tournant d’intensité, et - Définir une situation d’erreur lorsque la phase différentielle dépasse une valeur seuil de phase différentielle et/ou lorsque la fréquence différentielle dépasse une valeur seuil de fréquence différentielle.
