The present invention provides a double poppet valve coupling (1) comprising a first coupling half (2, 5, 39) and a second coupling half (2', 38); wherein the first coupling half comprises a first housing (4, 40) comprising a first poppet element (8, 41), a first poppet seat (12, 25, 50) a sleeve assembly (5, 42) and a connecting end (14) having a connecting recess (45); and the second coupling half comprises a second housing (4', 43), a second poppet element (8', 44), a second poppet seat (12', 54) and a stab connecting part (6', 46) for coupling with the connecting recess (45); wherein the first poppet element and the second poppet element are biased towards the first poppet seat (12, 25, 50) and the second poppet seat (12', 54), respectively, and arranged to interact and move off the respective first and second poppet seats during connection of the double poppet valve coupling (1), such that a flow path (F1+F2+F3) extending through the coupling is obtained; and the sleeve assembly comprises a flanged cylinder (28, 47 ) arranged within the first housing, the flanged cylinder comprises an annular surface (19, 55) for interaction with the stab connecting part (6', 46) and is displaceable between a first position, wherein the annular surface (19, 55) is proximate an opening of the connecting recess (45), and a second position, wherein the annular surface (19, 55) is distal the opening of the connecting recess (45).

La présente invention concerne un accouplement de soupape champignon double (1) comprenant une première moitié d'accouplement (2, 5, 39) et une seconde moitié d'accouplement (2', 38) ; la première moitié d'accouplement comprenant un premier boîtier (4, 40) comprenant un premier élément champignon (8, 41), un premier siège de champignon (12, 25, 50) un ensemble manchon (5, 42) et une extrémité de raccordement (14) ayant un évidement de raccordement (45) ; et la seconde moitié d'accouplement comprend un second boîtier (4', 43), un second élément champignon (8', 44), un second siège de champignon (12', 54) et une partie de raccordement de guide (6', 46) pour l'accouplement avec l'évidement de raccordement (45) ; le premier élément champignon et le second élément champignon étant sollicités vers le premier siège de champignon (12, 25, 50) et le second siège de champignon (12', 54), respectivement, et agencés pour interagir et déplacer les premier et second sièges de champignon respectifs pendant le raccordement de l'accouplement de soupape champignon double (1), de telle sorte qu'un trajet d'écoulement (F1 + F2 + F3) s'étendant à travers l'accouplement est obtenu ; et l'ensemble manchon comprend un cylindre à bride (28, 47) disposé à l'intérieur du premier boîtier, le cylindre à bride comprenant une surface annulaire (19, 55) pour une interaction avec la partie de raccordement de guide (6', 46) et pouvant être déplacé entre une première position, dans laquelle la surface annulaire (19, 55) se trouve à proximité d'une ouverture de l'évidement de raccordement (45), et une seconde position, dans laquelle la surface annulaire (19, 55) est distale par rapport à l'ouverture de l'évidement de raccordement (45).
