Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Ofen (10) zum Brennen von Zementklinker aufweisend ein rohrförmiges Drehrohr (22), das um seine Mittelachse rotierbar ist, wobei das Drehrohr (22) ein Abwurfende (24) aufweist, an dem der Zementklinker den Ofen (10) verlässt, ein an dem Abwurfende (24) angebrachtes Schutzsegment (38), das eine nach außen weisende Verschleißfläche (44) und eine nach innen weisende Kühlfläche (46) aufweist, wobei der Ofen (10) eine Kühleinrichtung (26) aufweist zum Erzeugen eines Kühlluftstroms, der entlang der Kühlfläche (46) des Schutzsegments (38) strömt, wobei die Kühlfläche (46) Profilkörper (58) aufweist, die stiftförmig ausgebildet sind.

The invention relates to a kiln (10) for firing cement clinker, comprising: a tubular rotary drum (22), which can be rotated about its central axis, wherein the rotary drum (22) has a discharge end (24) at which the cement clinker leaves the kiln (10); a protective segment (38) attached at the discharge end (24), which has a wear surface (44) pointing outwards and a cooling surface (46) pointing inwards, wherein the kiln (10) has a cooling device (26) for generating a cooling air flow, which flows along the cooling surface (46) of the protective segment (38), wherein the cooling surface (46) has profile bodies (58) in the form of pins.

La présente invention concerne un four (10) destiné à brûler du clinker de ciment et comprenant un tube rotatif tubulaire (22) pouvant tourner sur son axe central. Le tube rotatif (22) comporte une extrémité de décharge (24) au niveau de laquelle le clinker de ciment quitte le four (10), un segment de protection (38) fixé à l’extrémité de décharge (24) et comportant une surface d’usure (44) tournée vers l’extérieur et une surface de refroidissement (46) tournée vers l’intérieur. Le four (10) comporte un dispositif de refroidissement (26) destiné à générer un flux d’air de refroidissement qui s’écoule le long de la surface de refroidissement (46) du segment de protection (38). La surface de refroidissement (46) comporte des corps profilés (58) en forme de tige.
