Um bei einer Vorrichtung zum Brauen, insbesondere von Bier, mit mindestens einem Maischebehälter (1) und einem Würzekochbehälter (2) eine große Auslaugwirkung der Maische zu ermöglichen, ist in den mindestens einen Maischebehälter (1) eine erste Sprühvorrichtung (11) am Bodenbereich des Maischebehälters (1) derart angeordnet, dass die Sprührichtung quer zum Maischebehälter (1) in einem Winkel von 60° bis 120° gegenüber der Längsachse (A) des Maischebehälters (1) erfolgt.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de brassage, notamment de bière, comportant au moins un contenant de moût (1) et un contenant de cuisson de moût (2). Pour permettre un bon effet de lessivage du moût, l'au moins un contenant de moût (1) comporte un dispositif de pulvérisation (11) dans sa zone de base, de telle manière que la direction de pulvérisation est orientée transversalement par rapport au contenant de moût (1) à un angle de 60° à 120° par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (A) du contenant de moût (1).
