Photovoltaic module (1) comprising a plurality of multijunction photovoltaic cells (3), at least one of said multijunction photovoltaic cells (3) comprising : • a first photovoltaic sub-cell (5) extending over a first predetermined area (7); • a second photovoltaic sub-cell (9) provided on said first photovoltaic sub-cell (5) and in electrical connection therewith, said second photovoltaic sub-cell (9) extending over a second predetermined area (11) which is smaller than said first predetermined area (7) so as to define at least one zone (13) in which said first photovoltaic sub-cell (5) is uncovered by said second photovoltaic sub-cell (9); • an electrically-insulating layer (15) situated upon said first photovoltaic sub-cell (5) in at least a part of said zone (13); and • an electrically-conductive layer (17) situated upon at least part of said electrically-insulating layer (15) and in electrical connection with a surface of said second photovoltaic sub-cell (9), wherein at least one of said multijunction photovoltaic cells (3) is electrically connected to at least one other of said multijunction photovoltaic cells (3) by means of at least one electrical interconnector (19) electrically connected to said electrically-conductive layer (17) in said zone (13).

L'invention concerne un module photovoltaïque (1) comprenant une pluralité de cellules photovoltaïques à jonctions multiples (3), au moins l'une desdites cellules photovoltaïques à jonctions multiples (3) comprenant : • Une première sous-cellule photovoltaïque (5) s'étendant sur une première zone prédéterminée (7) ; • une seconde sous-cellule photovoltaïque (9) disposée sur ladite première sous-cellule photovoltaïque (5) et en connexion électrique avec celle-ci, ladite seconde sous-cellule photovoltaïque (9) s'étendant sur une seconde zone prédéterminée (11) qui est plus petite que ladite première zone prédéterminée (7) de manière à définir au moins une zone (13) dans laquelle ladite première sous-cellule photovoltaïque (5) est non couverte par ladite seconde sous-cellule photovoltaïque (9); • une couche électriquement isolante (15) située sur ladite première sous-cellule photovoltaïque (5) dans au moins une partie de ladite zone (13) ; et • une couche électriquement conductrice (17) située sur au moins une partie de ladite couche électriquement isolante (15) et en connexion électrique avec une surface de ladite seconde sous-cellule photovoltaïque (9), au moins une desdites cellules photovoltaïques à jonctions multiples (3) étant électriquement connectée à au moins une autre desdites cellules photovoltaïques à jonctions multiples (3) au moyen d'au moins un interconnecteur électrique (19) électriquement connecté à ladite couche électriquement conductrice (17) dans ladite zone (13).
