Eine Sensoranordnung umfasst ein Flusselement, das entlang einer Trajektorie beweglich angebracht ist; eine erste, eine zweite und eine dritte Flachspule, die nebeneinander in einer Fläche parallel zur Trajektorie angeordnet sind; und eine Auswerteeinrichtung. Die Flachspulen sind derart geformt, dass die Induktivität jeder Flachspule von einer Position des Flusselements entlang der Trajektorie abhängig ist. Die Auswerteeinrichtung ist dazu eingerichtet, Positionen des Flusselements bezüglich Induktivitäten der einzelnen Flachspulen zu bestimmen und eine Position des Flusselements auf der Basis wenigstens zweier übereinstimmender bestimmter Positionen bereitzustellen.

A sensor assembly comprises: - a flux element, which is mounted for movement along a trajectory; - a first, a second and a third flat coil, which are arranged adjacent to one another along a surface parallel to the trajectory; - and an evaluation device. The flat coils are shaped in such a way that the inductance of each flat coil is dependent on a position of the flux element along the trajectory. The evaluation device is designed to determine positions of the flux element with respect to inductances of the individual flat coils and to provide a position of the flux element on the basis of at least two corresponding determined positions.

L'invention concerne un ensemble de capteurs, comprenant un élément de flux, qui est installé de manière mobile le long d'une trajectoire, une première, une deuxième et une troisième bobine plate, qui sont disposées côte à côte dans une surface de manière parallèle par rapport à la trajectoire, et un dispositif d'évaluation. Les bobines plates sont formées de telle manière que l'inductance de chaque bobine plate dépend d'une position de l'élément de flux le long de la trajectoire. Le dispositif d'évaluation est mis au point pour définir des positions de l'élément de flux quant aux inductances des diverses bobines plates et pour fournir une position de l'élément de flux sur la base d'au moins deux positions définies concordantes.
