Es wird ein System zur Überwachung einer Siebmaschine (200, 280, 300) bereitgestellt, umfassend einen Schwingungsaufnehmer (220), der dazu ausgestaltet ist, eine Schwingungsantwort (250, 280) eines Siebgewebes (200) der Siebmaschine (200, 280, 300) aufzunehmen; und eine Signalverarbeitungsvorrichtung (300, 400) zur digitalen Verarbeitung und Auswertung der Schwingungsantwort (250, 280). Dabei umfasst die Signalverarbeitungsvorrichtung (300, 400) einen lernfähigen Algorithmus, der auf Methoden der künstlichen Intelligenz basiert, der mit Schwingungsantworten von einem oder mehreren Vergleichs-Siebgeweben in Bezug steht, und der dazu ausgelegt ist, die durch den Schwingungsaufnehmer (220) aufgenommene Schwingungsantwort (250, 280) zu charakterisieren. Ferner wird ein Verfahren zur Überwachung einer Siebmaschine (200, 280, 300) vorgestellt.

The invention relates to a system for monitoring a screening machine (200, 280, 300), comprising a vibration recorder (220), which is configured to record a vibration response (250, 280) of a screening fabric (200) of the screening machine (200, 280, 300), and a signal processing device (300, 400) for digital processing and evaluation of the vibration response (250, 280). The signal processing device (300, 400) comprises a learning algorithm which is based on artificial intelligence methods, which refers to vibration responses from one or more comparison screening fabrics, and which is configured to characterize the vibration response (250, 280) recorded by the vibration recorder (220). The invention further relates to a method for monitoring a screening machine (200, 280, 300).
