Baugruppe (1 ) bestehend aus zumindest einer Grundplatte (2), einer damit verbundenen Gegenplatte (3) und einem elektrooptischen Element (4), wobei die Grundplatte (2) mit mindestens einer Leiterbahn (7) für einen Anschluss des elektrooptischen Elements (4) und mindestens einem Wärmeübertragungselement (5) für eine Wärmeabführung von dem elektrooptischen Element (4) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wärmeübertragungselement (5) eine wärmeleitende Wirkverbindung zwischen dem elektrooptischen Element (4) und der Gegenplatte (3) ist.
