Abstract
(EN)
An electro acoustic resonator compatible with thin piezoelectric films and providing additional degrees of freedom is provided. The resonator comprises an IDT section with two bus bars (ES,BB) and electrode fingers (ES,EF). The IDT section is slanted by an angle α through shearing and rotated as a whole by an angle β with respect to the piezoelectric axis (PA).

L'invention concerne un résonateur électro-acoustique compatible avec des films piézoélectriques minces et fournissant des degrés de liberté supplémentaires. Le résonateur comprend une section IDT avec deux barres omnibus (ES, BB) et des doigts d'électrode (ES, EF). La section IDT est inclinée d'un angle alpha par cisaillement et mise en rotation dans son ensemble d'un angle beta par rapport à l'axe piézoélectrique (PA).
