CLAIMS

[Claim 1]

Partition member (22) configured to be arranged between a working chamber (20) and a compensating chamber (25) of an anti-vibration hydraulic mount (14), the partition member (22) comprising:

- a first channel (26) configured to form a permanently open passageway between the working chamber (20) and the compensating chamber (25),

- a second channel (28) configured to form a passageway between the working chamber (20) and the compensating chamber (25), the second channel (28) comprising a central passageway (40) extending in an axial direction (X), the central passageway (40) being provided with a central opening (42),

- a receiving cavity (38) open towards the working chamber (20) and in fluid communication with the central passageway (40) through the central opening (42), and

- a membrane (32) fixed in the receiving cavity (38) and separating the receiving cavity (38) into two sub-spaces separated fluidically from each other, the membrane (32) comprising a closing device (64) protruding from the membrane (32) towards the central opening (42) and being able to assume two configurations:

- the closing device (64) being spaced apart from the central opening (42) in an open configuration when the membrane (32) is deformed towards the central passageway (40) over a first distance, and

- the closing device (64) abutting against the central opening (42) to close the central passageway (40)in a closed configuration when the membrane (32) is deformed towards the central passageway (40) beyond the first distance.

[Claim 2]

Partition member (22) according to Claim 1, in which the closing device (64) comprises an annular protuberance (66),

wherein preferably the annular protuberance (66) shows a lateral wall (68),

wherein preferably the lateral wall (68) is inclined in relation to the axial direction (A) of the central passageway (40), the annular protuberance (66) being configured for abutting against an internal circumferential wall of the central opening (42) in a closed configuration, and

wherein further preferably the central opening (42) includes a rounded edge (42A).

[Claim 3]

Partition member (22) according to the Claim 1 or 2, in which the membrane (32) comprises a fastening projection (60) at the level of a circumferential edge of the membrane (32) to fasten the membrane (32) in the receiving cavity (38),

wherein preferably the membrane (32) comprises at least one intermediate

protuberance (62) projecting from the membrane (32) and arranged between the fastening projection (60) and the closing device (64),

wherein preferably the intermediate protuberance (62) is wedge-shaped in the cross-sectional view of the membrane (32), and

wherein further preferably the membrane (32) shows an axial symmetry in the cross-sectional view of the membrane (32).

[Claim 4]

Partition member (22) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the second channel (28) comprises a tuning passageway (44) which is in fluid communication with the central passageway (40) and which extends partially around the central passageway (40) in a circumferential direction (C), the tuning passageway (44) being open towards the compensating chamber (25).

[Claim 5]

Partition member (22) according to Claim 4, in which the partition member (22) comprises a circular tuning plate (36) provided with a tuning opening (46) and configured to be placed in the tuning passageway (44) in different orientations.

[Claim 6]

Partition member (22) according to Claim 5, in which the adjusting plate (36) comprises a plurality of lugs (48) projecting radially from the adjusting plate (36),

wherein preferably the lugs (48) are distributed regularly round the circumference of the adjusting plate (36).

[Claim 7]

Partition member (22) according to Claim 6, in which the adjusting plate (36) is fastened to the partition member (22) by a plurality of securing elements,

with the securing elements preferably extending through openings in the adjusting plate (36) which are defined by the lugs (48).

[Claim 8]

Partition member (22) according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the partition member (22) comprises a lower wall (52) limiting the receiving cavity (38) round the central opening (42), preferably with the lower wall (52) comprising a plurality of recesses (56), and the recesses (56) preferably extending from the central passageway (40) as far as the circular edge of the lower wall (52).

[Claim 9]

Partition member (22) according to Claim 8, in which the recesses (56) have the same shape and/or are distributed evenly in the lower wall (52) in a circumferential direction (C), the recesses (56) preferably having a triangular shape when seen from above.

[Claim 10]

Anti-vibration hydraulic mount (14) comprising:

- a partition member (22) according to any one of the preceding claims,

- an elastomeric body defining together with the partition member (22) a

working chamber (20),

- a flexible compensating membrane (24) defining together with the separating element (22) a compensating chamber (25),

- the partition member (22) separating the working chamber (20) from the compensating chamber (25).
