A dual seal termination assembly comprises a first termination body (5); and a sleeve (3) at least partially surrounding the first termination body; primary and secondary seals (30, 31) adapted to be fitted between the first termination body and the sleeve; a test port (18) in the first termination body to supply test fluid to a point (39) between the primary and secondary seals of the first termination body; the test port being adapted to receive test fluid at a predetermined pressure, such that a pressure difference is created between the point (39) between the primary and secondary seals and a point on the other side of the primary seal (31) and a point (7) on the other side of the secondary seal (30).

L'invention concerne un ensemble terminaison à double joint comprenant un premier corps de terminaison (5) ; et un manchon (3) entourant au moins partiellement le premier corps de terminaison ; des joints d'étanchéité primaire et secondaire (30, 31) conçus pour être ajustés entre le premier corps de terminaison et le manchon ; un orifice de test (18) dans le premier corps de terminaison permettant de fournir un fluide de test à un point (39) entre les joints primaire et secondaire du premier corps de terminaison ; l'orifice de test étant conçu pour recevoir un fluide de test à une pression prédéterminée, de telle sorte qu'une différence de pression soit créée entre le point (39) entre les joints primaire et secondaire et un point sur l'autre côté du joint primaire (31) et un point (7) sur l'autre côté du joint secondaire (30).
