Injektorvorrichtung (1) und Verfahren zum Einbringen eines Feststoffs, vorzugsweise in der Form eines pulverförmigen Materials, in ein metallurgisches Aggregat, wobei die Injektorvorrichtung (1) aufweist: eine Feststoffdüse (10), die eingerichtet ist, um einen Strahl aus dem Feststoff und einem Transportmedium zu erzeugen, durch eine Austrittsöffnung (10b) der Feststoffdüse (10) auszugeben und somit in das metallurgische Aggregat einzubringen; einen die Feststoffdüse (10) zumindest teilweise, vorzugsweise konzentrisch, umgebenden Hüllgaskanal (13), der eingerichtet ist, um einen Strahl aus einem entzündbaren Hüllgas zu erzeugen und aus einer ringförmigen Austrittsöffnung (13e) des Hüllgaskanals (13) auszugeben, so dass dieser den Strahl aus dem Feststoff und Transportmedium nach Austritt aus der Feststoffdüse (10) zumindest teilweise umhüllt; und eine Zündeinrichtung (13b), die eingerichtet ist, um das Hüllgas im Hüllgaskanal (1) zu entzünden.

The invention relates to an injector apparatus (1) and a method for introducing a solid, preferably in the form of a powder material, into a metallurgical assembly, wherein the injector apparatus (1) has: a solids nozzle (10) which is designed to generate a stream consisting of the solid and a transport medium, to emit said stream through an outlet opening (10b) of the solids nozzle (10) and to thus introduce said stream into the metallurgical assembly; an sheath gas channel (13) which surrounds the solid matter nozzle (10) at least in part, preferably concentrically, and which is designed to generate a stream consisting of an ignitable sheath gas and to emit said stream out of an annular outlet opening (13e) of the sheath gas channel (13), such that said sheath gas stream, at least in part, sheathes the stream consisting of the solid matter and the transport medium after exiting the solid matter nozzle (10); and an igniting device (13b), which is designed to ignite the sheath gas in the sheath gas channel (1).
