Die Erfindung betrifft ein Zugmittel für einen Zugmittelantrieb (10), bei dem ein Zugmittelantriebsrad (5) über ein Zugmittel (9) mit einem Zugmittelabtriebsrad (8) antriebsverbunden ist. Das Zugmittelantriebsrad (5) und das Zugmittelabtriebsrad (8) sind jeweils als Zahnscheibe (12, 13) sowie das Zugmittel (9) als Zahnriemen (11) ausgebildet. Der Zahnriemen (11) weist einen Riemenkörper (14) auf, in welchem Festigkeitsträger (16) angeordnet sind. An eine Riemenoberseite (15) schließen sich nach radial innen erstreckende Seitenflanken (17, 18) an, deren Abstand an der Riemenoberseite (15) die Riemenbreite (b) bildenden. An die beiden Seitenflanken (17, 18) schließen sich radial innen jeweils eine Zahnflanke (20, 21) der Riemenzähne (19) an, welche radial innen an einem gemeinsamen Zahnkopf (22) enden. Um Fluchtfehler zwischen den Zahnscheiben (12, 13) ausgleichen zu können ist vorgesehen, dass wenigstens eine Zahnflanke (20; 21) der jeweiligen Riemenzähne (19; 19a) eine in den Zahnkopf (22) mündende Zahnkeilflanke (36) aufweist, welche eine Einlaufschräge (32) des Zahnriemens (11) bildet, und dass die Zahnbreite (bZ) des Zahnkopfes (22) kleiner ist als die Riemenbreite (b). Die Erfindung betrifft auch die Verwendung dieses Zugmittel und eines damit ausgestatteten Zugmittelantriebes (10) bei Industrieanwendungen und an einem Fahrzeug.

The invention relates to a flexible drive means for a flexible drive (10), in the case of which a flexible drive means drive wheel (5) is drive-connected via a flexible drive means (9) to a flexible drive means output wheel (8). The flexible drive means drive wheel (5) and the flexible drive means output wheel (8) are configured in each case as a toothed pulley (12, 13), and the flexible drive means (9) is configured as a toothed belt (11). The toothed belt (11) has a belt body (14), in which reinforcing members (16) are arranged. A belt upper side (15) is adjoined by radially inwardly extending side flanks (17, 18), the spacing of which on the belt upper side (15) forms the belt width (b). The two side flanks (17, 18) are adjoined radially on the inside by in each case one tooth flank (20, 21) of the belt teeth (19), which tooth flanks (20, 21) end radially on the inside at a common tooth tip (22). In order for it to be possible for alignment errors between the toothed pulleys (12, 13) to be compensated for, it is provided that at least one tooth flank (20; 21) of the respective belt teeth (19; 19a) has a tooth wedge flank (36) which opens into the tooth tip (22) and which forms a run-in slope (32) of the toothed belt (11), and that the tooth width (bZ) of the tooth tip (22) is smaller than the belt width (b). The invention also relates to the use of said flexible drive means and of a flexible drive (10) equipped therewith in industrial applications and on a vehicle.

L’invention concerne un moyen de traction pour un entrainement de moyen de traction (10), dans lequel une roue d’entraînement de moyen de traction (5) est reliée en entraînement par un moyen de traction (9) avec une roue entraînée de moyen de traction (8). La roue d’entraînement de moyen de traction (5) et la roue entraînée de moyen de traction (8) sont réalisées respectivement sous la forme de disque denté (12, 13) et le moyen de traction (9) sous la forme de courroie dentée (11). La courroie dentée (11) présente un corps de courroie (14) dans lequel sont disposés des supports de renfort (16). Sur la face supérieure de la courroie (15), des flancs latéraux (17, 18) s'étendant radialement vers l'intérieur se rattachent, dont la distance sur la face supérieure de la courroie (15) forme la largeur de la courroie (b). Un des flancs de dent (20, 21) des dents de courroie (19), lesquels terminent radialement vers l'intérieur sur une tête de dent (22) commune, se rattache respectivement radialement vers l'intérieur à chacun des deux flancs latéraux (17, 18). Selon l’invention, pour pouvoir compenser des erreurs d’alignement entre les disques dentés (12, 13), au moins un flanc de dent (20, 21) des dents de courroie (19, 19a) respectives présente un flanc de coins interdentaires (36) débouchant dans la tête de dent (22), lequel forme une inclinaison d'entrée (32) de la courroie dentée (11), et la largeur de dent (bZ) de la tête de dent (22) est inférieure à la largeur de la courroie (b). L’invention concerne aussi l’utilisation de ce moyen de traction et d’un entraînement de moyen de traction (10) équipé de celui-ci dans des applications industrielles et dans un véhicule.
