Abstract

A stator (1) and a stator housing (2) for an electric machine (3) is disclosed. The stator (1) and the stator housing (2) each include a primary arcuate surface (7, 10) that extends about a longitudinal axis (A), said primary arcuate surfaces (7, 10) of each of the stator (1) and stator housing (2) being configured to mate when the stator housing (2) is shrink-fitted to the stator (1) to couple the stator housing (2) to the stator (1). A secondary surface (8, 11) interrupts the primary arcuate surface (7, 10) of each of the stator (1) and stator housing (2). The secondary surface (8, 11) of the stator (1) and stator housing (2) each have at least a portion that lies radially beyond the primary arcuate surface (7, 10) of the stator (1) and stator housing (2), respectively. The secondary surface (8, 11) of each of the stator (1) and stator housing (2) mate when the stator housing (2) is shrink-fitted to the stator (1) to prevent rotation of the stator (1) relative to the stator housing (2) during operation of the electric machine (3). Also disclosed is an electric machine assembly (4), an electric machine (3), a drive system (17) and an electric vehicle (6).

L'invention concerne un stator (1) et un carter de stator (2) pour une machine électrique (3). Le stator (1) et le carter de stator (2) comprennent chacun une surface arquée primaire (7, 10) qui s'étend autour d'un axe longitudinal (A), lesdites surfaces arquées primaires (7, 10) de chacun des éléments parmi le stator (1) et le carter de stator (2) étant configurées pour s'accoupler lorsque le carter de stator (2) est fretté sur le stator (1) pour accoupler le carter de stator (2) au stator (1). Une surface secondaire (8, 11) interrompt la surface arquée primaire (7, 10) de chacun des éléments parmi le stator (1) et le carter de stator (2). La surface secondaire (8, 11) du stator (1) et le carter de stator (2) ont chacun au moins une partie qui repose radialement au-delà de la surface arquée primaire (7, 10) du stator (1) et du carter de stator (2), respectivement. La surface secondaire (8, 11) de chacun des éléments parmi le stator (1) et le carter de stator (2) s'accouple lorsque le carter de stator (2) est fretté sur le stator (1) pour empêcher la rotation du stator (1) par rapport au carter de stator (2) pendant le fonctionnement de la machine électrique (3). L'invention concerne également un ensemble de machine électrique (4), une machine électrique (3), un système d'entraînement (17) et un véhicule électrique (6).
