Beschrieben werden neue Entschäumerformulierungen enthaltend (1) Organopolysiloxane enthaltend pro Molekül mindestens eine Struktureinheit der allgemeinen Formel O1/2R2Si-Y-SiRO2/2 (I) und mindestens 2 Einheiten der allgemeinen Formel R1R2SiO1/2 (II) und Einheiten der allgemeinen Formel R2SiO2/2 (III), wobei R, R1 und Y die in Anspruch 1 dafür angegebene Bedeutung haben, mit der Maßgabe, dass das Organopolysiloxan ein Strukturelement der Formel R2Y2SiO-(SiR2O)x1-SiRY1O-(SiR2O)x2-SiR2R1 (IV) enthält, wobei Y1 und Y2 die in Anspruch 1 dafür angegebene Bedeutung haben, und x1 und x2 gleich 0 oder eine ganze Zahl ist, mit der Maßgabe, dass die Summe x1+x2=x ist, wobei x durchschnittlich größer 5 und kleiner 100 ist, (2) Füllstoffe, (3) Organopolysiloxanharze aus Einheiten der allgemeinen Formel R2e(R3O) fSiO(4-e-f)/2 (V), worin R2, R3, e und f die in Anspruch 1 dafür angegebene Bedeutung haben, (4) silanolhaltige Organopolysiloxane der allgemeinen Formel XSiR42O- (SiR42O)n-SiR42X (VI), worin R4 und n die in Anspruch 1 dafür angegebene Bedeutung haben, X ein Wasserstoffatom, einen gegebenenfalls substituierten C1-C18-Kohlenwasserstoffrest, eine C1-C18-Alkoxygruppe oder eine Hydroxygruppe -OH bedeutet, mit der Maßgabe, dass im Mittel 30 bis 60 Mol%, bevorzugt 50 Mol%, der Gruppen X Hydroxygruppen -OH entsprechen, und (5) anorganische oder organische Säuren.

The invention relates to new defoaming formulations containing: (1) organopolysiloxanes containing, per molecule, at least one structural unit of general formula O1/2R2Si-Y-SiRO2/2 (I) and at least two units of general formula R1R2SiO1/2 (II) and units of general formula R2SiO2/2 (III), wherein R, R1 and Y have the meaning provided for them in claim 1, provided that the organopolysiloxane contains a structural element of formula R2Y2SiO-(SiR2O)x1-SiRY1O-(SiR2O)x2-SiR2R1 (IV), wherein Y1 and Y2 have the meaning provided for them in claim 1, and x1 and x2 are equal to 0 or are a whole number, provided that the sum is x1+x2=x, wherein, on average, x is greater than 5 and smaller than 100; (2) filling materials; (3) organopolysiloxane resins formed by units of general formula R2 e(R3O) fSiO(4-e-f)/2 (V), wherein R2, R3, e and f have the meaning provided for them in claim 1; (4) silanol-containing organopolysiloxanes of general formula XSiR4 2O- (SiR4 2O)n-SiR4 2X (VI), wherein R4 and n have the meaning provided for them in claim 1, X represents a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted C1-C18-hydrocarbon group, a C1-C18-alkoxy group or a hydroxy group -OH, provided that, on average, 30 to 60 mol%, preferably 50 mol%, of the groups X correspond with hydroxy groups -OH; and (5) inorganic or organic acids.

L'invention concerne de nouvelles formulations antimousses contenant (1) des organopolysiloxanes comprenant par molécule au moins un motif structural de formule générale O1/2R2Si-Y-SiRO2/2 (I) et au moins deux motifs de formule générale R1R2SiO1/2 (II) et des motifs de formule générale R2SiO2/2 (III), R, R1 et Y ayant les significations indiquées dans la revendication 1, sous réserve que l'organopolysiloxane contienne un élément structural de formule R2Y2SiO-(SiR2O)x1-SiRY1O-(SiR2O)x2-SiR2R1 (IV), Y1 et Y2 ayant les significations indiquées dans la revendication 1 et x1 et x2 ayant la valeur 0 ou représentant un nombre entier, sous réserve que la somme x1+x2=x, x étant en moyenne supérieur à 5 et inférieur à 100, (2) des matières de charge, (3) des résines organopolysiloxanes constituées de motifs de formule générale R2 e(R3O)fSiO(4-e-f)/2 (V), R2, R3, e et f ayant les significations indiquées dans la revendication 1, (4) des organopolysiloxanes contenant du silanol représentés par la formule générale XSiR4 2O-(SiR4 2O)n-SiR4 2X (VI), R4 et n ayant les significations indiquées dans la revendication 1, X représentant un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe hydrocarboné en C1-C18 éventuellement substitué, un groupe alcoxy en C1-C18 ou un groupe hydroxy -OH, sous réserve que dans le produit 30 à 60 % en mole, de préférence 50 % en mole des groupes X soient des groupes hydroxy, et (5) des acides inorganiques ou organiques.
