Die Erfindung betrifft einen Hochfrequenz-Planartransformator umfassend ein Dielektrikum mit hoher relativer Dielektrizitätskonstante, das bevorzugt ein Barium- Aluminium-Titanat (BAT)-Glaskeramikmaterial ist. Die Erfindung betrifft zudem die Verwendung eines Glaskeramikmaterials mit hoher relativer Dielektrizitätskonstante als Dielektrikum in einem Hochfrequenz-Planartransformator.

The invention relates to a radio-frequency planar transformer comprising a dielectric having high relative permittivity, said dielectric preferably being a barium aluminum titanate (BAT) glass ceramic material. The invention additionally relates to the use of a glass ceramic material having high relative permittivity as a dielectric in a radio-frequency planar transformer.

La présente invention concerne un transformateur planaire à hautes fréquences comportant un diélectrique ayant une constante diélectrique relativement élevée qui est de préférence un matériau vitrocéramique en baryum - aluminium - titanate (BAT).
