Abstract

Fully variable wheel drive is a device allowing the driver of the car to choose mechanically or electronically between the drive axle and consists of the main gear of the differential (1.1) and the gear that transmits force to the differential (1) located in the centre of the mechanism two axis (16) on which there are other mechanisms. The differential lock axis (11) consists of one secondary wheel (3) firmly connected to the axis of the differential lock, and the other, contiguous with the axis with the help of inlet rings or cups (9). On the main axis leading from the differential on it, on each side is a measuring device (13) that scan steers the speed and compares it to the other side, if necessary activates the braking mechanism (14) located behind the measuring unit to compensate for the speed ratio on the acceptable level. Behind it is a fully disconnectable coupling (15) which is activated when the side stops, thus preventing the wheels from jamming on the disconnected side.

La présente invention concerne un entraînement de roue entièrement variable qui est un dispositif permettant au conducteur de la voiture de choisir mécaniquement ou électroniquement entre l'essieu moteur et est constitué de l'engrenage principal du différentiel (1.1) et de l'engrenage qui transmet une force au différentiel (1) situé au centre du mécanisme deux axes (16) sur lequel se trouvent d'autres mécanismes. L'axe de verrou de différentiel (11) est constitué d'une roue secondaire (3) fermement connectée à l'axe du verrou de différentiel, et l'autre, contiguë à l'axe à l'aide d'anneaux ou de coupelles d'entrée (9). Sur l'axe principal menant du différentiel sur celui-ci, de chaque côté se trouve un dispositif de mesure (13) qui dirige par balayage la vitesse et la compare à l'autre côté, et si nécessaire, active le mécanisme de freinage (14) situé derrière l'unité de mesure pour compenser le rapport de vitesse sur le niveau acceptable. Derrière se trouve un accouplement totalement déconnectable (15) qui est activé lorsque le côté s'arrête, empêchant ainsi les roues de se bloquer sur le côté déconnecté.
