Abstract

An eletromagnetic coil, a mold, and an electromagnetic coil manufacturing method. The eletromagnetic coil comprises an annular main body, and an inner peripheral wall of the annular main body comprises multiple claw poles arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction. The electromagnetic coil further comprises an encapsulation layer, and the encapsulation layer is capable of encapsulating an upper annular wall, a lower annular wall, and an outer peripheral wall of the annular main body. The encapsulation layer is not disposed between the claw poles, and is formed by injection molding of a resin material. In the electromagnetic coil provided in the present invention, the encapsulation layer is not disposed between the claw poles of the inner peripheral wall of the annular main body, such that after moisture having entered the interior of the coil can be discharged therefrom within a short time.

La présente invention concerne une bobine électromagnétique, un moule, et un procédé de fabrication de bobine électromagnétique. La bobine électromagnétique comprend un corps principal annulaire, et une paroi périphérique interne du corps principal annulaire comprend de multiples pôles à griffes disposés à intervalles dans une direction circonférentielle. La bobine électromagnétique comprend en outre une couche d'encapsulation, et la couche d'encapsulation est apte à encapsuler une paroi annulaire supérieure, une paroi annulaire inférieure et une paroi périphérique externe du corps principal annulaire. La couche d'encapsulation n'est pas disposée entre les pôles à griffes, et est formée par moulage par injection d'un matériau en résine. Dans la bobine électromagnétique selon la présente invention, la couche d'encapsulation n'est pas disposée entre les pôles à griffes de la paroi périphérique interne du corps principal annulaire, de telle sorte que l'humidité peut être évacuée de l'intérieur de la bobine peu de temps après y être entrée.

一种电磁线圈、模具及电磁线圈的制造方法,其中,该电磁线圈包括环形本体,所述环形本体的内缘壁包括若干沿周向间隔分布的爪极;还包括包封层,所述包封层能够对所述环形本体的上环壁、下环壁以及外缘壁进行包封,各所述爪极之间未设置所述包封层,所述包封层由树脂材料经过注塑形成。本发明所提供电磁线圈,其环形本体内缘壁的各爪极之间未设置包封层,水分进入线圈内部后,能在相对较短时间内从线圈内部排出。
