A method for video processing is provided. The method includes determining, for a conversion between a current video block of a video and a coded representation of the video, a context that is used to code a flag using arithmetic coding in the coded representation of the current video block, wherein the context is based on whether a top-left neighboring block of the current video block is coded using a cross-component linear model (CCLM) prediction mode; and performing the conversion based on the determining.

La présente invention concerne un procédé destiné à un traitement vidéo. Le procédé consiste : à déterminer, pour une conversion entre un bloc vidéo actuel d'une vidéo et une représentation codée de la vidéo, un contexte qui est utilisé pour coder un drapeau à l'aide d'un codage arithmétique dans la représentation codée du bloc vidéo actuel, le contexte étant basé sur le fait qu'un bloc voisin de coin supérieur gauche du bloc vidéo actuel est codé à l'aide d'un mode de prédiction de modèle linéaire inter composante (CCLM) ; et à réaliser la conversion sur la base de la détermination.
