Provided are an optical attenuator and a method for adjusting an optical attenuator; the optical attenuator comprises modulated optical waveguides (12,13); the modulated optical waveguides (12,13) are provided with at least two electrode loops (10), and the electrode loops (10) comprise a heating electrode (100); the heating electrode (100) located on the same modulated optical waveguide (12, 13) is connected to the same voltage control line; the heating electrode (100) located on the same modulated optical waveguide (12, 13) is connected to the same ground line.

L'invention concerne un atténuateur optique et un procédé de réglage d'un atténuateur optique ; l'atténuateur optique comprend des guides d'ondes optiques modulés (12,13) ; les guides d'ondes optiques modulés (12,13) sont pourvus d'au moins deux boucles d'électrode (10), et les boucles d'électrode (10) comprennent une électrode de chauffage (100) ; l'électrode de chauffage (100) située sur le même guide d'ondes optique modulé (12, 13) est connectée à la même ligne de commande de tension ; l'électrode de chauffage (100) située sur le même guide d'ondes optique modulé (12, 13) est connectée à la même ligne de terre.
