Provided is a boosting arterial stiffness evaluating method, system (1) and device (2) suitable for the technical field of medical cares. The method comprises: acquiring, by means of the boosting arterial stiffness evaluating device (2) comprising an armlet (204) and a pressure sensor (205), a pressure value applied to the pressure sensor (204) by an artery during the pressure rise of the armlet (204); acquiring a pressure characteristic curve showing a change of the pressure value with time; and acquiring an arterial stiffness index according to the characteristics of a curve segment corresponding to a preset pressure value in the pressure characteristics curve. The present invention is simply operated, can acquire a precise arterial stiffness index, can effectively increase the precision of arterial stiffness measurement, and is suitable for wide application.

L'invention concerne un procédé, un système (1) et un dispositif (2) d'amélioration de l'évaluation de la rigidité artérielle appropriés pour le domaine technique des soins médicaux. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : acquérir, au moyen du dispositif (2) d'amélioration de l'évaluation de la rigidité artérielle comprenant un brassard (204) et un capteur de pression (205), une valeur de pression appliquée au capteur de pression (204) par une artère pendant l'élévation de pression du brassard (204) ; acquérir une courbe caractéristique de la pression montrant un changement de la valeur de pression avec le temps ; et acquérir un indice de rigidité artérielle en fonction des caractéristiques d'un segment de courbe correspondant à une valeur de pression prédéfinie dans la courbe caractéristique de la pression. La présente invention est simple à mettre en œuvre, permet d'acquérir un indice de rigidité artérielle précis, d'améliorer efficacement la précision de mesure de la rigidité artérielle et est adaptée à une application à grande échelle.

提供一种适用于医疗技术领域的升压式动脉硬度评价方法、系统(1)及装置(2),通过包括臂带(204)和压力传感器(205)的升压式动脉硬度评价装置(2),来获取在臂带(204)压力上升过程中,动脉施加至压力传感器(205)的压力值,并获取压力值随时间变化的压力特性曲线,根据压力特性曲线中与预设压力值对应的曲线段的特性,获取动脉硬度指数,操作简单且可以获得较为精确的动脉硬度指数,可以有效提高动脉硬度检测的准确性,适于广泛推广使用。
