A porous balloon and a preparation method therefor; the porous balloon is used for drug loading, and he porous balloon is prepared by employing the following method: soaking an interventional carrier in an etching solution for etching so as to obtain a porous balloon (S3). The structure of the porous balloon is suitable for the storage and release of a drug, improves the binding force between a drug coating and a surface of the porous balloon, and solves the problems wherein a drug coating easily falls off a surface of a balloon during pushing and retraction, a drug is not sufficiently evenly covered on a surface, and the drug release rate and release speed are not high enough during release; in addition, the structure of the porous balloon does not reduce the physical properties of the balloon, avoiding the problem wherein etching grooves results in balloon properties, especially physical properties, being reduced, such as balloon rated burst pressure being reduced.

La présente invention concerne un ballonnet poreux et son procédé de préparation ; le ballonnet poreux est utilisé pour la charge de médicament, et le ballonnet poreux est préparé à l'aide du procédé suivant : immersion d’un support d’intervention dans une solution de gravure pour la gravure afin d’obtenir un ballonnet poreux (S3). 一种多孔球囊及其制备方法,多孔球囊用于载药,多孔球囊采用如下方法制备得到:将介入载体浸入刻蚀溶液中刻蚀,得到多孔球囊(S3)。多孔球囊的结构更利于药物的储藏及释放,提高了药物涂层与多孔球囊表面的结合力,解决了药物涂层在推送和回撤过程中易从球囊表面脱落,药物在表面覆盖得不够均匀以及释放过程中药物释放率以及释放速率不够高的问题;并且多孔球囊结构不会降低球囊的物理性能,避免刻槽导致球囊特性特别是物理性能降低,比如球囊额定爆破压力降低的问题。
