Abstract

A method for manufacturing a multifunctional ceramic ball, comprising the following steps: material pulverization – material batching – material mixing -material kneading - drying in the shade - sintering. The manufacturing method comprises: pulverizing tourmaline, micrite, maifanite, purple sand, and clay with a pulverizer and then performing sieving with a 500-mesh sieve to obtain a fine powder, and then preparing two or a plurality of blended materials according to required functions and adding water thereto to prepare ceramic clay; shaping the clay into pottery blanks with various functions or various molded pottery pieces or balls. After being dried in the shade, the pottery blanks or the molded pottery pieces or balls are sintered in a ceramic kiln at 700°C – 1500°C. The sintered energy ceramic has dense micropores to facilitate release of energy, thereby obtaining a ceramic or ceramic ball with excellent health care functionality.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une bille de céramique multifonctionnelle, comprenant les étapes suivantes : broyage de matériau ; division du matériau en lots ; mélange du matériau ; malaxage du matériau ; séchage à l'ombre ; frittage. Le procédé de fabrication consiste : à réduire en poudre de la tourmaline, de la micrite, de la maifainite, du sable pourpre et de l'argile à l'aide d'un broyeur, puis à effectuer un tamisage à l'aide d'un tamis de maille 500 de manière à obtenir une poudre fine, puis à préparer deux ou plusieurs mélanges de matériaux, suivant les fonctions requises, et à ajouter de l'eau à ceux-ci en vue de préparer une argile à céramique ; à façonner l'argile en ébauches de poterie présentant diverses fonctions, ou en diverses pièces ou billes de poterie moulées. Après séchage à l'ombre, les ébauches de poterie ou les pièces ou billes de poterie moulées sont frittées dans un four à céramique entre 700 °C et 1500 °C. La céramique à énergie frittée présente des micropores denses pour faciliter la libération d'énergie, ce qui permet d'obtenir une céramique ou une bille de céramique présentant une excellente fonctionnalité de soins de santé.

一种多功能陶球的制作方法,包括如下步骤:粉料——配料——混料——和料——阴干——烧结。该制作方法包括:把电气石、砭石、麦饭石、紫砂土和陶土用粉碎机粉碎后过筛500目后得到细粉,然后根据需要的功能按照比例做2种或者多种调配混料加水制作陶坯土;利用坯土塑型成各种功能的陶器坯型或者是各种模压成型的陶片或者陶球。阴干后放在陶窑中700℃—1500℃烧结成陶,烧结的能量陶的微气孔密集便于释放能量,得到优异的保健功能性的陶器或者陶球。
