Provided is a monooxygenase of which the acid sequence is obtained by mutation of an amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 2. The monooxygenase may be used for preparing chiral sulfoxide drugs and used for producing proton pump inhibitors of drugs for treating gastric ulcers.

La présente invention concerne une monooxygénase dont la séquence d'acides est obtenue par mutation d'une séquence d'acides aminés représentée dans la séquence SEQ ID NO : 2. La monooxygénase peut être utilisée pour préparer des médicaments à base de sulfoxyde chiral et utilisée pour produire des inhibiteurs de pompe à protons de médicaments pour traiter des ulcères gastriques.
