Disclosed in the present invention are an organic compound containing a diarylamine-substituted 9,9'-spirobifluorene structure, having a structure as represented by chemical formula (1). The compound has a high glass transition temperature, suitable HOMO and LUMO energy levels, and high energy gap Eg and thermal stability, can be sublimated without decomposition and residues, has good application effect in OLED devices, and can effectively improve the light emitting performance and service life of the devices.

La présente invention concerne un composé organique contenant une structure diarylamine-9,9'-substituée-spirobifluorène, ayant une structure telle que représentée par la formule chimique (1). Le composé a une température de transition vitreuse élevée, des niveaux d'énergie HOMO et LUMO appropriés, et une largeur de bande interdite Eg et une stabilité thermique élevées, et peut être sublimé sans décomposition ni résidus, présente un bon effet d'application dans des dispositifs DELO et peut efficacement améliorer la performance d'émission de lumière et la durée de vie utile des dispositifs.

本发明公开一种含二芳基胺取代的螺二芴结构的有机化合物,具有化学式(1)所示的结构。该化合物具有较高的玻璃化温度、合适的HOMO和LUMO能级、及较高的Eg(能隙),热稳定性高,能够在不发生分解和没有残留物的情况下升华,在OLED器件中应用效果良好,可有效提升器件发光性能和器件寿命。
