Disclosed are a sophorose microcapsule, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The microcapsule comprises sophorose, a pH triggering material and a flora triggering material, wherein the sophorose is embedded in the pH triggering material; the flora triggering material is deposited on the surface of the pH triggering material; the pH triggering material is whey protein, sodium alginate, chitosan, gelatin, Arabic gum or carrageenan and; the flora triggering material is calcium pectate. The capsule is used for preparing a probiotic product, which can smoothly pass through the stomach and small intestines and reach the large intestines, and release the embedded sophorose under the action of pH and flora, thereby boosting the growth of bacteria generating butylic acid and generating butylic acid for the supply of energy.

La présente invention concerne une micro-capsule de sophorose, une méthode de préparation associée et l'utilisation associée.
