An externally heated vacuum continuous sintering furnace, comprising a vacuum transition chamber (1), an externally heated sintering chamber (2) and a cooling chamber (3) which sequentially communicate with one another, wherein isolation valves are respectively arranged at two ends of the vacuum transition chamber (1) and two ends of the cooling chamber (3); the vacuum transition chamber (1), the externally heated sintering chamber (2) and the cooling chamber (3) respectively form independent spaces by means of the isolation valves; and the vacuum transition chamber (1), the externally heated sintering chamber (2) and the cooling chamber (3) communicate with vacuum units (8). A multi-stage heating structure is employed in the externally heated sintering chamber (2), a transition chamber conveying mechanism is provided in the vacuum transition chamber (1), a cooling chamber conveying mechanism is provided in the cooling chamber (3), and a material box in the externally heated sintering chamber (2) is transferred to the cooling chamber conveying mechanism by means of the transition chamber conveying mechanism. The present invention inherits all of the advantages of an internally heated multi-chamber vacuum sintering furnace and overcomes the defects of complex structure and high cost. By means of the ingenious connection to a magnetic field press and dry isostatic pressing, the furnace may be changed so as to operated in a sealed system, and the oxygen content may be well controlled.

La présente invention concerne un four de frittage continu à vide chauffé de manière externe, comprenant une chambre de transition à vide (1), une chambre de frittage chauffée extérieurement (2) et une chambre de refroidissement (3) qui communiquent de manière séquentielle les unes avec les autres, des clapets d'isolement étant respectivement disposés aux deux extrémités de la chambre de transition à vide (1) et aux deux extrémités de la chambre de refroidissement (3) ; la chambre de transition à vide (1), la chambre de frittage à chauffage externe (2) et la chambre de refroidissement (3) forment respectivement des espaces indépendants au moyen des clapets d'isolement ; et la chambre de transition à vide (1), la chambre de frittage à chauffage externe (2) et la chambre de refroidissement (3) communiquent avec des unités de vide (8). Une structure de chauffage à étages multiples est utilisée dans la chambre de frittage à chauffage externe (2), un mécanisme de transport de chambre de transition est disposé dans la chambre de transition à vide (1), un mécanisme de transport de chambre de refroidissement est disposé dans la chambre de refroidissement (3), et un boîtier de matériau dans la chambre de frittage à chauffage externe (2) est transféré au mécanisme de transport de chambre de refroidissement au moyen du mécanisme de transport de chambre de transition. La présente invention hérite de tous les avantages d'un four de frittage à vide à chambres multiples chauffé intérieurement et surmonte les défauts de structure complexe et de coût élevé. Au moyen de la connexion ingénieuse à une presse à champ magnétique et à une compression isostatique à sec, le four peut être changé de façon à fonctionner dans un système étanche, et le contenu en oxygène peut être bien maîtrisé.

一种外热式真空连续烧结炉,包括依次联通的真空过渡室(1)、外热式烧结室(2)和冷却室(3),所述真空过渡室(1)和冷却室(3)的两端分别设有隔离阀,通过隔离阀使真空过渡室(1)、外热式烧结室(2)和冷却室(3)分别形成独立的空间,所述真空过渡室(1)、外热式烧结室(2)和冷却室(3)均连通有真空机组(8);所述外热式烧结室(2)采用多段式加热结构,所述真空过渡室(1)内设有过渡室输送机构,所述冷却室内(3)设有冷却室输送机构,外热式烧结室(2)内的料盒通过过渡室输送机构转移至冷却室输送机构。继承了内热多室真空烧结炉的全部优点,又克服了结构复杂、成本高的缺点。通过和磁场压机、干式等静压的巧妙连接,使其变成在一个密封系统中操作,可很好的控制氧的含量。
