A method and device for deicing a brake disk, which are applied in the technical field of rail vehicles. The method comprises: determining whether a rail vehicle enters a preset high-temperature environment under a preset low-temperature vehicle condition within a first duration; if braking is not performed within the first duration when the vehicle enters the preset high-temperature environment under the preset low-temperature vehicle condition, it may be determined that the brake disk has been iced over, that is, a brake mechanism may be controlled to brake at a preset braking pressure. Without affecting the driving of the vehicle, friction is used to generate heat for removing ice from a surface of the brake disk, thereby ensuring that the brake disk has a good braking effect when a driver is actually decelerating or stopping, which thus ensures the safe operation of the rail vehicle.

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de dégivrage d'un disque de frein appliqués dans le domaine technique des véhicules ferroviaires. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : déterminer si un véhicule ferroviaire entre dans un environnement à haute température prédéfini dans une condition prédéfinie de véhicule à basse température pendant une première durée ; si le freinage n'est pas effectué pendant la première durée lorsque le véhicule entre dans l'environnement à haute température prédéfini dans la condition prédéfinie du véhicule à basse température, il peut être déterminé que le disque de frein a été gelé, c'est-à-dire qu'un mécanisme de frein peut être commandé pour freiner à une pression de freinage prédéfinie. Sans affecter la conduite du véhicule, un frottement est utilisé pour générer de la chaleur pour éliminer la glace d'une surface du disque de frein, ce qui permet d'assurer que le disque de frein présente un bon effet de freinage lorsqu'un conducteur est en train de ralentir ou de réaliser un arrêt, ce qui garantit ainsi le fonctionnement sûr du véhicule ferroviaire.

一种制动盘除冰方法及装置,应用于轨道车辆技术领域,该方法判断轨道车辆是否在第一时长内以预设低温车况进入预设高温环境,并且在以预设低温车况进入预设高温环境的第一时长内未进行制动,则可以判定制动盘已经结冰,即可控制制动机构以预设制动压力进行制动,在不影响车辆行驶的前提下,利用摩擦生热,去除制动盘表面结冰,从而确保当司机进行实际减速或停车时,制动盘具有良好的制动效果,保障轨道车辆的安全运行。
