An anti-freezing method for a braking device, which is applied to the technical field of rail vehicles. The method comprises: obtaining an ambient temperature and a vehicle state of a rail vehicle; if the ambient temperature is lower than a preset temperature threshold and the vehicle state meets a preset vehicle condition, controlling a brake caliper to perform opening and closing operations according to a first preset time interval, said opening and closing operations comprising: opening the brake caliper for a second preset time and then closing same. According to the described anti-freezing method, the process of controlling the opening and closing operations of the brake caliper is cyclically performed using the first preset time interval as a period, so that the brake caliper is in an action state of cyclically opening and closing in a severe cold climate, which thereby prevents the brake caliper from being frozen in a state for a long time, and ensures that the rail vehicle may still start normally in the severe cold climate. Also provided is an anti-freezing device for a braking device.

La présente invention concerne un procédé antigel pour un dispositif de freinage, qui est appliqué au domaine technique des véhicules ferroviaires. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : obtenir une température ambiante et un état de véhicule d'un véhicule ferroviaire ; si la température ambiante est inférieure à un seuil de température prédéfini et l'état du véhicule satisfait une condition de véhicule prédéfinie, commander un étrier de frein pour qu'il effectue des opérations d'ouverture et de fermeture selon un premier intervalle de temps prédéfini, lesdites opérations d'ouverture et de fermeture comprenant : l'ouverture de l'étrier de frein pendant un second temps prédéfini puis sa fermeture. Selon le procédé antigel décrit, le processus de commande des opérations d'ouverture et de fermeture de l'étrier de frein est effectué de manière cyclique à l'aide du premier intervalle de temps prédéfini en tant que période, de sorte que l'étrier de frein se trouve dans un état d'action d'ouverture et de fermeture cycliques dans un climat froid sévère, ce qui empêche ainsi l'étrier de frein d'être gelé dans un état pendant une longue période, et assure que le véhicule ferroviaire peut encore démarrer normalement dans le climat froid sévère. La présente invention concerne également un dispositif antigel pour un dispositif de freinage.

一种制动装置防冻结方法,应用于轨道车辆技术领域,该方法获取环境温度和轨道车辆的车辆状态,若环境温度低于预设温度阈值且车辆状态满足预设车况,按照第一预设时间间隔控制制动夹钳执行开合操作,开合操作包括:制动夹钳张开第二预设时间后闭合。该方法控制制动夹钳张开、闭合的操作过程是以第一预设时间间隔为周期循环地进行的,使得制动夹钳在严寒的气候中,处于循环的张开、闭合的动作状态,避免制动夹钳长时间处于一种状态而被冻结,保证轨道车辆在严寒的气候中仍然能够正常启动。还提供了一种制动装置防冻结装置。
