A lithium battery probe apparatus, the apparatus comprising a deformation probe structure (1), the deformation probe structure (1) comprising a pressure sensing apparatus (2), a signal line (3) and an external signal processor, the pressure sensing apparatus (2) being connected to one end of the signal line (3), the other end of the signal line (3) being connected to the external signal processor, the pressure sensing apparatus (2) being mounted between lithium battery cells or between a lithium battery cell and a lithium battery cell outer frame; when a lithium battery cell undergoes thermal runaway and deforms, the lithium battery cell presses the pressure sensing apparatus (2), causing the pressure sensing apparatus (2) to sense the pressure, and the pressure sensing apparatus (2) transmits a pressure signal generated by the sensed pressure to the external signal processor by means of the signal line (3).

Cette invention concerne un appareil de détection pour batterie au lithium, l'appareil comprenant une structure de détection de déformation (1), la structure de détection de déformation (1) comprenant un appareil de détection de pression (2), une ligne de signal (3) et un processeur de signal externe, l'appareil de détection de pression (2) étant connecté à une extrémité de la ligne de signal (3), l'autre extrémité de la ligne de signal (3) étant connectée au processeur de signal externe, l'appareil de détection de pression (2) étant monté entre des cellules de batterie au lithium ou entre une cellule de batterie au lithium et un cadre externe de cellule de batterie au lithium. Lorsqu'une cellule de batterie au lithium subit un emballement thermique et se déforme, la cellule de batterie au lithium presse l'appareil de détection de pression (2), amenant l'appareil de détection de pression (2) à détecter la pression, et l'appareil de détection de pression (2) transmet un signal de pression généré par la pression détectée au processeur de signal externe au moyen de la ligne de signal (3).
