A silicon-containing polyester resin used for a high temperature-resistant powder coating, comprising the following raw materials in weight percent: polyol: 34-44%wt; aromatic polyacid 43-58%wt; a branching agent: 0.0-2%wt; a raw material containing silicon: 3-12%; an acidolyzing agent: 0-5%wt; an esterification catalyst 0.03-0.15%wt; an alcoholyzing agent 0-3%; an antioxidant 0.01-2%wt; and a curing accelerator 0-1%wt. Further disclosed is a method for preparing the silicon-containing polyester resin. The resin has a number average molecular weight between 2500-5000 g/mol and a glass transition temperature (Tg) ≥54°C. After curing, a powder coating prepared by the resin has high gloss and excellent mechanical properties, and the light retention rate may reach greater than 50% at 280°C/2h, and the adhesion is higher than level 1.

L'invention concerne une résine de polyester contenant du silicium utilisée pour un revêtement en poudre résistant aux hautes températures, comprenant les matières premières suivantes en pourcentage en poids : un polyol : 34 à 44 % en poids ; un polyacide aromatique : 43 à 58 % en poids ; un agent de ramification : 0,0 à 2 % en poids ; une matière première contenant du silicium : 3 à 12 % ; un agent acidolysant : 0 à 5 % en poids ; un catalyseur d'estérification 0,03 à 0,15 % en poids ; un agent d'acidolyse : 0 à 3 % ; un antioxydant: 0,01 à 2 % en poids ; et un accélérateur de durcissement : 0 à 1 % en poids. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de préparation de la résine de polyester contenant du silicium . La résine a une masse moléculaire moyenne en nombre comprise entre 2 500 et 5 000 g/mole et une température de transition vitreuse (Tg) ≥ 54 °C. Après durcissement, un revêtement en poudre préparé par la résine présente un brillant élevé et d'excellentes propriétés mécaniques, et le taux de rétention de lumière peut atteindre plus de 50 % à 280 °C/2h, et l'adhérence est supérieure au niveau 1.
