Disclosed is a flame-retardant HIPS material and a preparation method thereof. The flame-retardant HIPS material comprises the following components: 90-67 parts of HIPS resin, 8-15 parts of bromine flame retardant and 3-7 parts of auxiliary flame retardant. The auxiliary flame retardant is a 1,3,5-triazine compound. In the present invention, the combined use of a bromine flame retardant and an auxiliary flame retardant effectively reduces the amount of the bromine flame retardant and can reach a stable UL94 (1.5 mm) V-0 flame retardant grade. Compared with te existing bromine flame-retardant HIPS, the flame-retardant HIPS material has a low halogen content, low gas and high cost performance, avoids excessive acidic gas and the formation of air lines on the surface of parts, provides a good appearance, and can be widely used in thin-walled parts such as office equipment, television multimedia, household appliances, etc.

L'invention concerne un matériau ignifuge à base de polystyrène choc et son procédé de préparation. Le matériau ignifuge à base de polystyrène choc comprend les composants suivants : de 90 à 67 parts de résine de polystyrène choc, de 8 à 15 parts d'agent ignifugeant contenant du brome et de 3 à 7 parts d'agent ignifugeant auxiliaire. L'ignifugeant auxiliaire auxiliaire est un composé de 1,3,5-triazine. Dans la présente invention, l'utilisation combinée d'un agent ignifugeant contenant du brome et d'un agent ignifugeant auxiliaire réduit efficacement la quantité d'agent ignifugeant contenant du brome et peut atteindre une qualité ignifuge stable UL94 (1,5 mm) V-0. Par comparaison avec le polystyrène choc ignifuge contenant du brome existant, le matériau ignifuge à base de polystyrène choc présente une faible teneur en composés halogénés, un faible teneur en gaz et des performances de coût élevées, évite un gaz acide excessif et la formation de lignes d'air sur la surface des pièces, offre un aspect esthétique et peut être largement utilisé dans des pièces à paroi mince telles que des équipements de bureau, des multimédias de télévision, des appareils ménagers, etc.

本发明公开了一种阻燃HIPS材料及其制备方法,包括组份:HIPS树脂90-67份;溴系阻燃剂8-15份;辅助阻燃剂3-7份;其中,所述辅助阻燃剂为1,3,5-三嗪类化合物。本发明通过溴系阻燃剂和辅助阻燃剂协同复配,有效地减少了溴系阻燃剂的用量,可达到稳定的UL94(1.5mm)V-0阻燃等级;与现有的溴系阻燃HIPS相比,具有低卤素含量,低瓦斯气,高性价比,避免了过多酸性气体在制件表面形成气纹,具有良好的外观,可广泛应用于薄壁制件领域,如办公设备,影视多媒体,家用电器领域等。
