The present invention relates to a polypropylene composite material and a preparation method therefor, and belongs to the polymer material modification field. The polypropylene composite material of the present invention comprises, in parts by weight, 57.8-79.35 parts of a polypropylene, 0.25-1.0 part of a fiber hair, and 20-40 parts of a toughening agent. In the present invention, the toughening agent is added in a large amount such that the column prepared from the polypropylene composite material of the present invention can meet the requirement for low temperature blasting at -35℃ and thus meet security performance. In addition, no filler is added in the polypropylene composite material of the present invention, and the density of the polypropylene composite material can be controlled below 0.91g/cm 3, and thus low density and light weight in a real sense may be achieved.

La présente invention concerne une composition de polypropylène et sur son procédé de préparation, et appartient au domaine technique des matériaux polymères. Le matériau composite de polypropylène de la présente invention comprend, en parties en poids, 57,8 à 79,35 parties d'un polypropylène, 0,25 à 1,0 partie d'une fibre pileuse, et 20 à 40 parties d'un agent de renforcement. Dans la présente invention, l'agent de renforcement est ajouté en grande quantité de telle sorte que la colonne préparée à partir du matériau composite de polypropylène de la présente invention peut satisfaire l'exigence de décapage basse température à -35 °C et satisfaire ainsi les performances de sécurité. De plus, aucune charge n'est ajoutée dans le matériau composite de polypropylène de la présente invention, et la densité du matériau composite de polypropylène peut être régulée au-dessous de 0,91 g/cm3, et ainsi une faible densité et un poids léger peuvent être véritablement obtenus.

本发明涉及一种聚丙烯复合材料及其制备方法,属于高分子材料改性领域。本发明的聚丙烯复合材料包括下述重量份的组分:聚丙烯57.8~79.35份,纤维毛0.25~1.0份,增韧剂20~40份。本发明添加了大量增韧剂,使得由本发明聚丙烯复合材料制得的立柱可以满足-35℃低温爆破要求,满足安全性能;并且,本发明的聚丙烯复合材料不添加任何填料,它的密度可以控制在0.91g/cm 3以下,做到真正意义上的低密度轻量化。
