Abstract

Disclosed is an ABS composite material comprising the following components by weight: 34-78 parts of ABS resin, 0-20 parts of SAN resin, 0-10 parts of toughener, 12-20 parts of flame retardant, 3-6 parts of flame retardant synergist, 3-15 parts of inorganic filler, 0.1-0.5 part of anti-dripping agent and 0-2 parts of auxiliary agent. The average aspect ratio of the inorganic filler is ≥ 5:1. The ABS composite material has the following advantages: 1. high flame retardant grade of up to grade 1.8 mm 5VA; 2. excellent comprehensive performance, achieving a balance of strength and notched impact performance; 3. excellent appearance and high gloss; and 4. excellent thermal stability and large process window.

L'invention concerne un matériau composite ABS comprenant les constituants suivants en poids : 34 à 78 parties de résine ABS, 0 à 20 parties de résine SAN, 0 à 10 parties de durcisseur, 12 à 20 parties de retardateur de flamme, 3 à 6 parties de synergiste ignifuge, 3 à 15 parties de charge inorganique, 0,1 à 0,5 partie d'agent anti-goutte et 0 à 2 parties d'agent auxiliaire. Le rapport de forme moyen de la charge inorganique est ≥ 5:1. Le matériau composite ABS présente les avantages suivants : 1. un caractère ignifuge élevé de niveau 5 VA à 1,8 mm ; 2. une excellente performance globale, obtenant un équilibre de la résistance et de la performance au choc par entaille ; 3. un excellent aspect et un brillant élevé ; et 4. une excellente stabilité thermique et une grande fenêtre de transformation.
