Abstract

Disclosed is a high-flame-retardant-grade HIPS composite material, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of a PS resin, 10-27 parts of a thermoplastic styrene-butadiene rubber, 3-10 parts of a toughening agent, 10-18 parts of a flame retardant, 2.5-6 parts of a flame retardant synergist, 5-20 parts of an inorganic filler, 0.1-0.5 parts of an anti-dripping agent, and 0-2 parts of an auxiliary, wherein the weight-average molecular weight of the PS resin is greater than or equal to 15×104 g/mol, and the melt flow rate MFR is 3-6 g/10 min. The high-flame-retardant-grade HIPS composite material has 1. a high flame-retardant grade, which can reach up to 2.0 mm 5VA grade; 2. a good comprehensive performance, and a balanced strength and notch impact performance; 3. a low cost and the capability to replace a high-flame-retardant-grade ABS in some circumstances; and 4. a good appearance and a wide processing window.

L'invention concerne un matériau composite HIPS de qualité ignifuge élevée, comprenant les constituants suivants en parties en poids : 40 à 60 parties d'une résine PS, 10 à 27 parties d'un caoutchouc styrène-butadiène thermoplastique, 3 à 10 parties d'un agent de renforcement, de 10 à 18 parties d'un agent ignifuge, de 2,5 à 6 parties d'un synergiste ignifuge, de 5 à 20 parties d'une charge inorganique, 0,1 à 0,5 partie d'un agent anti-goutte, et 0 à 2 parties d'un auxiliaire, le poids moléculaire moyen en poids de la résine PS étant supérieur ou égal à 15 × 104 g/mol, et l'indice de fluidité à chaud (MFR) est de 3 à 6 g/10 min. Le matériau composite HIPS de qualité ignifuge élevée a 1. une qualité ignifuge élevée, qui peut atteindre jusqu'à 2,0 mm de grade 5 VA ; 2. une bonne performance globale, et une résistance équilibrée et une performance de résistance aux chocs ; 3. un faible coût et la capacité de remplacer un ABS de qualité ignifuge élevée dans certaines circonstances ; et 4. un bel aspect et une large fenêtre de traitement.
