Provided is an implant device, comprising a metal matrix (100); the metal matrix (100) contains particles having a size of 1 um or more; if the wall thickness of the metal matrix (100) is greater than or equal to 0.04 mm and less than or equal to 0.12 mm, the largest particle size is less than or equal to 15 um and the average content of the particles is less than or equal to 40 ppm; if the wall thickness of the metal matrix (100) is greater than 0.12 mm and less than or equal to 0.2 mm, the largest particle size is less than or equal to 20 um and the average content of the particles is less than or equal to 100 ppm; if the wall thickness of the metal matrix (100) is greater than 0.2 mm and less than or equal to 0.3 mm, the largest particle size is less than or equal to 25 um and the average content of the particles is less than or equal to 220 ppm. The size of the particles and the average content of the particles are reasonably controlled according to the wall thickness of the metal matrix (100), improving the plastic deformation capacity of the implant device.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de type implant comprenant une matrice métallique (100). La matrice métallique (100) contient des particules d'une taille de 1 µm ou plus. Si l'épaisseur de paroi de la matrice métallique (100) est supérieure ou égale à 0,04 mm et inférieure ou égale à 0,12 mm, la taille de particule la plus grande est inférieure ou égale à 15 µm et la teneur moyenne en particules est inférieure ou égale à 40 ppm.
