Disclosed are a precision compensation system and method for a mechanical arm of an injection molding machine, relating to the technical field of injection molding machine mechanical arms; said injection molding machine mechanical-arm precision compensation system is provided with a first temperature sensor and second temperature sensor arranged on an x-axis lateral beam of the injection molding machine mechanical arm; a third temperature sensor and a fourth temperature sensor are arranged on a y-axis lateral beam; a fifth temperature sensor and a sixth temperature sensor are arranged on a z-axis lateral beam; a mechanical arm controller acquires the temperature data collected by each temperature sensor, and, according to the temperature data of each temperature sensor, measures the errors of the injection molding machine mechanical arm in the x-axis, y-axis, and z-axis directions, and accuracy compensation is performed according to the errors in the x-axis, y-axis, and z-axis directions, respectively. The present application compensates for errors caused by temperature, improving the accuracy of the mechanical arm of the injection molding machine.

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de compensation de précision pour un bras mécanique d'une machine de moulage par injection, se rapportant au domaine technique des bras mécaniques de machine de moulage par injection ; ledit système de compensation de précision de bras mécanique de machine de moulage par injection est pourvu d'un premier capteur de température et d'un deuxième capteur de température disposés sur un faisceau latéral d'axe x du bras mécanique de machine de moulage par injection ; un troisième capteur de température et un quatrième capteur de température sont disposés sur un faisceau latéral d'axe y ; un cinquième capteur de température et un sixième capteur de température sont disposés sur un faisceau latéral d'axe z ; un dispositif de commande de bras mécanique acquiert les données de température collectées par chaque capteur de température, et, en fonction des données de température de chaque capteur de température, mesure les erreurs du bras mécanique de la machine de moulage par injection dans les directions d'axe x, d'axe y et d'axe z, et une compensation de précision est effectuée en fonction des erreurs dans les directions d'axe x, d'axe y et d'axe z, respectivement. La présente invention compense les erreurs provoquées par la température, améliorant la précision du bras mécanique de la machine de moulage par injection.
